(Official Cookbook of the American Emu Association) is a collection of favorite recipes used by the people that eat emu every day, submitted by AEA members across the nation. The book contains quick and easy favorites from soup to desserts and of course favorite emu recipes as well.

200 of these recipes are for main dishes using either emu meat or emu egg.
In every recipe utilizing egg, the equivalent of emu egg needed was provided first, with chicken egg offered as a substitution. Example: 1/2 cup emu egg or 2 chicken eggs, 3/4 cup emu egg or 3 chicken eggs.
